We are on the slopes of Pratomagno, in the Casentino area, in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany and a Dante place by choice. Dante took refuge in these places during his long exile and wrote a good part of the Divine Comedy.

Privileged position also due to the conformation of the land, which allows the Radici Organic Farm to have various plots available that develop between 300 and 1300 meters above sea level. This geographical situation guarantees a wide range of organic products capable of satisfying the needs of consumers attentive to the authenticity of food and the protection of the surrounding environment.

Thanks to the long experience accumulated in the field of organic farming and the transformation of agricultural products, a series of specialties are created which are typical of the truest and most genuine Tuscany, recipes obtained from the combination and juxtaposition of tastes and flavors which are often forgotten but which they also present characteristics of exclusivity and refinement.
