ALPE MAGNA - High altitude goodness
In a context of rare beauty and uncontaminated nature, under the slopes of the Lagorai massif, in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Alpe Magna laboratory prepares meat sauces and sauces in an artisanal way every day, revisiting the ancient recipes of Trentino. Slowly cooked, sweet preparations, with selected ingredients and fresh vegetables processed strictly by hand, to preserve the primary taste of the ingredients and guarantee the goodness of the products. Any use of preservatives or additives is prohibited.
It is not inappropriate to define the creations of Alpe Magna as masterpieces of taste, small works of culinary art dedicated to connoisseurs and lovers of authenticity.
