We are close to the historic center of Eboli in the Sele plain overlooked by the majestic Alburni mountains. The Di Biase pastry shop is located here, founded in 1985 by Master Pastry Chef Giuseppe Di Biase and taken over in 2005 by his nephew Angelo Grippa, also a Master Pastry Chef.
Angelo's story of passion and application who, after a decade of studies and research, assisted by the precious support of Elisa, his wife, presents to customers not only the traditional recipes (with raw materials strictly coming from the Piana del Sele) but also those characterized by new tastes in step with the times, combining tradition and innovation.
