Miniature masterpieces is not a misnomer in the case of Assedium Ritual Pastry's artisanal creations.
As if that wasn't enough, production takes place in Cuneo, the birthplace of the founding members, a delicious and gourmet destination for thousands of enthusiasts.
The selection we propose tells of a journey into the richest pastry tradition of this corner of Piedmont: from the cuneesi with rum, to the hazelnut pralines from the Langhe, up to the soft nougats made with more than 50% hazelnuts.
