    Penna Bakery – Passion for pastry making

    Santa Maria di Leuca, the South of the South, the extreme edge of our peninsula. Penna Bakery was born and operates here, an artisanal laboratory which in a short time has earned the reputation of being among the best producers of leavened products in southern Italy and which has placed its trust in Fine Taste to make its excellence known.

    Exaggeration? Judge for yourself, but not everyone is able to place second in the prestigious Re Panettone 2021 competition, a national event that we at Fine Taste know very well given that it was held in Milan and which included the elite of Italian pastry chefs as participants.

    Penna Bakery is the "invention" of the two Penna brothers, Luca, pastry chef and Stefano, economist, who after long years spent abroad decided to return to Italy, to their homeland and dedicate themselves to fine pastry making and the valorisation of great raw materials.
