Frosini Lorenzo Farm - Young Roots, Ancient Heart

We are happy to welcome among our producers the Azienda Agricola Frosini Lorenzo , a young company but deeply rooted in the land and tradition.

Lorenzo is only 22 years old, but he has chosen with courage and vision to dedicate himself to the countryside, carrying on a family vocation that has lasted for over three generations. In a time when the abandonment of the lands is the order of the day, his choice represents a concrete gesture of rebirth and hope.

The company, founded in 2016 in Castel Madama (RM), between the Ruffi and Simbruini mountains, stands out for its sustainable and forward-looking agricultural approach. It is organic and works every day to achieve a triple objective:

- produce quality food with an environmentally friendly model,

- recover abandoned crops,

- protect varieties at risk of extinction, such as the Rosciola nostrana, the Spadona pear of Castel Madama and the Coscia di Monaca plum.

The difficulty of the territory – with steep slopes and outcropping rocks that make mechanization impossible – is not an obstacle, but a further sign of the value and tenacity with which the company carries out its mission.

Supporting realities like Lorenzo's means choosing the future, supporting biodiversity and promoting a more human, rooted and authentic agriculture.
