The Slitti company was founded as a coffee roaster in 1969, distinguishing itself from the beginning for its care and workmanship; the coffees, carefully selected by Slitti, are able to offer a unique taste experience and satisfy the various needs of the public, fine Arabica coffees that can be found in capsules, pods, blends.
In 1989, the founder's sons, Andrea and Daniele, expanded the company's offering, including cocoa processing. It is precisely the experience gained in the family coffee roastery that made the challenge with cocoa possible. Andrea Slitti is now one of the most important artisan chocolatiers in the world.
