The Castello Montesasso agricultural company is a small wine-growing company a few kilometers from Mercato Saraceno (Romagna), an area characterized by rolling hills and breathtaking views. This area mainly produces Romagna Sangiovese DOC, as well as Riesling and Famoso, wines that the company produces with passion and whose vines frame the farmhouse dating back to 1600 and renovated by the owners.

The company offers a tasting of artisanal wines obtained exclusively from grapes coming from its own vineyards, a tasting narrative that starts from the management of the vineyard up to the winemaking method; you will be accompanied in the vineyard by the owners who will be happy to tell you about its history and its peculiarities.

The tasting, which takes place in the sandstone cellar or on the panoramic veranda, involves tasting four of the company's wines paired with a plate of local cured meats and cheeses.
